How letting go can help relieve human suffering
If we had to walk a long distance with heavy baggage, we would keep only the essential and get rid of the rest. However, we go through our everyday life carrying emotional pain and negative energy, harming our mental health. And we are not even aware of it. In our modern life, human suffering is increasing more than ever.
Hear your inner voice
The process of healing begins with listening to our inner voice. Not the one that is full of resentment and negative feelings, but the one that is kind and loving. The one that is the source of human life energy. But we have gotten so good at ignoring that we no longer can hear. Even if it is calling us to alleviate human pain. Breath everything is going to be just fine.
Collective human consciousness
Most of the pain we suffer is not even ours. This suffering, we inherited from our ancestors, continues to accumulate. As we live our everyday life thinking that is ours. So until we discover which is ours and which passed on to us through generations, the emotional healing wonβt move forward.

Even a saint has both light and dark sides. Both of them inhabit in our body. But we have the power upon which you want to focus. By letting go of the negative emotions, we make space for spiritual growth. Because the more attention we pay to negative emotions, the more powerful it becomes. Letting go of what happened in the past, or how someone made you feel, we bring peace. Many spiritual research show by visualizing how we want to feel makes it easier to letting go of anything holding us back.
Allow yourself to feel every emotion without labeling them as good or bad. The purpose of our emotional state is to guide us. Hiding or dyeing emotions can backfire. It will in the long run affect our mental health as well as physical health.
Letting go can feel like, if you have lost yourself in the beginning
When you bring awareness to your thoughts, and letting go of all the false self. At first will feel there is nothing left. As we have been got used to carry negative energy which in turn feeds our negative emotion. We will resent letting go. Remember it is okay to feel resentment, keep digging and letting go of all identity you have created. Human mind is capable of spiritual evolution, and we are the proof of it.
What comes after letting go?
Letting go is an ongoing journey. But when you loosen up your grip, for negative emotions to slide down. Negative emotions have, its own energy field, it is looking for anger, criticism, hate as well as all forms of pain and suffering to feed. When you no longer carry it around, it will subside. Though in the beginning it may feel empty. Letting go has great practical benefit. A state of peace has many health benefits. From reducing symptoms of anxiety, depression, slow aging process and strong immune system are few of those.
The other side of letting go lies a happy life. Negative emotions drag our mental health down. By daily practice, you will become better at guarding your inner mechanism. These are some technics I follow to become better at letting go of most of the resentment.
