Breath Everything is going to be just fine

I have been really stressed out and anxious these past days with work and my kids’ health. I have been trying to control and micromanage everything. Doing this added more to my plate, which left me feeling exhausted, not a very happy place to be. That’s why I decided to write this blog post. By self analyzing and asking a few question to myself, I was able to open my grip and let things flow in its natural order.

There is nothing wrong with setting a goal for yourself as well as following through it. We do need to be able to know which direction we are heading on. Otherwise, our life will feel like some series of coincidences. It is alright to feel in control of your future. However, there is a fine line between adjusting yourself as life unfolds and going crazy because it did not work out exactly how you wanted it to go. There are so many things we do not control. Sometimes, in spite of our hard work and dedication, the outcome isn’t as desirable. This is the time for you to remember, life does works in a miracles ways we do not know. Often times what we want isn’t what we are in need. Have a little faith in you and in this intelligent system called the universe. Remember the time when you were having a rough time and thought you could not make it, but somehow you did. Yes, the help arrives when you need the most.

I know everybody says, be positive and grateful for what you have. That is actually the secret. All setback we face is an opportunity to grow and evolve to test our limits, to put our intelligence to work for us. After all, we are the most beloved of the creation. We are gifted with choice and a mechanism more efficient than a computer. Every time you feel an urge to control and to manage everything’s and everyone around you, remember you do not own the world. There is an order for the situation to unfold.
